Stone Court Villa
The resort worthy residence is set in a nine-acre desert site with two washes with wonderful vistas to both nearby mountains. The views are enhanced by the use of a negative edge pool, courtyards, and the four main volumes which are connected by exterior paths under protective canopies. The stunning walls of the residence are built of three inch thick travertine stone from Durango, Mexico. The unique climate control system for the home is the first to be built in Arizona and provides radiant cooling and heating.
