The Creative Center of Scottsdale is a flexible co-working artist studio space and tasting room for the adjacent brewery.

This Adaptive Reuse project transformed the City of Scottsdale historic Mandell’s Gun Supply store into a creative environment for artists. 

​

The iconic Machine gun wielding teddy bear logo remains front and center in a playful homage to the original building's purpose. 

​

This project was the was the first design-build project to complete the City of Scottsdale Green Building Program. 

​

Salvaged materials and components from the gun supply store were reclaimed and repurposed by our in-house team of fabricators at The Guild to provide focal points throughout the building while giving a nod to the history of the place and its previous use.
