The clients of the Open Sky Residence came to 180 Degrees with a strong agenda of environmentally friendly design and attention to low-impact strategies for the site.

The design team has pushed forward a cost effective design that utilizes existing concrete stem walls and slabs and has committed to a delicate demolition process to salvage and recycle all viable materials. All exterior finishes, except for glazing, are designed with re-used materials from the existing home.
